VenueX AI is an AI agent management platform that helps venues and real estate teams automate lead nurturing, manage conversations, and track performance from inquiry to tour to booking. The AI agent handles incoming inquiries, schedules tours, sends follow-ups, and keeps every interaction visible in a central conversation manager.
Teams get a single dashboard showing total emails sent today, percentage of leads handled by AI, tours booked, average response time, average emails per lead, and average emails before booking a tour. Conversion metrics—inquiry to engagement rate, conversation to tour rate, and tour to booking rate—give clear visibility into funnel performance. A conversation view lets them review and manage every AI-led thread (property tour requests, follow-ups, pricing and floor plan requests) in an inbox-style interface. An activity timeline shows status and timestamp for each step: inquiry received, tour scheduled, follow-up sent, and scheduled tasks for first and second follow-ups.
The platform is built for desktop, tablet, and mobile so teams can monitor and act from anywhere. VenueX AI turns repetitive lead communication into a consistent, measurable process while keeping full human oversight and control.
Native iOS and Android apps extend the same AI agent experience to phones and tablets: sales and venue teams get push notifications for new leads and follow-up reminders, an offline-capable dashboard that syncs when back online, and full conversation management and tour scheduling from the field. The mobile apps share the same backend and AI orchestration as the web app, so metrics and conversations stay in sync across all devices.

Dashboards surface key metrics—total emails sent, leads handled by AI, tours booked, avg. response time, and conversion rates—and an activity timeline with status and timestamp keeps scheduled tasks and follow-ups visible. The stack is built for scale, with responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile so teams can manage on the go.
